Who do I reach out to if I cannot login to Relativity?

Who do I reach out to if I cannot access WorkDay?

If you have been working for 2 or more days and have not received any emails from WorkDay, reach out to TSS-HR@transperfect.com. If you just started a project, please be patient, it can take several hours up to a day to receive login details.

 

Why was I able to login to Relativity yesterday but can’t today?

Relativity usage is limited based on your IPv4 address. Sometimes your WiFi has a dynamic IP which can change day to day and sometimes more frequently if you start and stop sessions. If you know your password or have not received a failed attempts message, email your IPv4 address (can be found by going to www.whatsmyip.com) to TLSReviewerSupport@transperfect.com.

Why am I being asked for a background check?

All temporary employees are required to do a criminal background check if we do not have one dated within the last 3 years of your new date of employment. Some clients require a shorter window in which case you may get a request more frequently. Your background check DOES NOT include a credit check.

 

What if I do not want to send my I-9 documents via email?

If you are uncomfortable providing your personal I-9 documents via email please email AdminStaffing@transperfect.com and we can provide you a secure upload link instead.

 

Why didn’t I get paid?

There are a few reasons why you may not have been paid on payday, any of the following are possible:

  1. You did not fill out your direct deposit information and we mailed you a check (mailings go out ON payday, so you would not receive the pay on pay day unless you opt for an electronic transfer).
  2. You did not finish your WorkDay tasks during onboarding. You must verify prior information, or complete new information if you are a new hire for us to submit you to payroll
  3. Your payday isn’t the day you think. If you live in any of the following states you will be paid bi-weekly on Monday.

Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin.

 

I opted for direct deposit but I didn’t get one

Often times direct deposit takes 1-2 pay cycles to kick in due to the pre-note process where the bank account provided is verified. In the interim physical checks will still be mailed. This often only affects new hires for the first week of work.

 

How do I know if I am eligible for sick leave?

You can email TSS-Leave@transperfect.com to ask for your eligibility status but for a general list of requirements please consult the HR page here.

 

When do I get a W-2?

We mail all W-2 forms by the end of January following the tax year. You can also access them directly in WorkDay even if you are an inactive employee, by using the 3rd login option in the WorkDay menu and resetting your password.

 

How do I view my pay stubs?

Within WorkDay you can view your pay stubs by Viewing your Profile and in the left blue ribbon selecting “Pay”. Payslips should be automatically visible here.
You can do this whether you are actively working with us or not. If you are not actively working you’ll want to select the 3rd login option on the WorkDay login menu and may need to reset your password by selecting “Forgot Password”.

 

Can I split my direct deposit between accounts

Yes! Again, in the “Pay” menu of your WorkDay profile you can select “Payment Elections” you will input your alternate bank info and opt for whether you want to split out an amount or a percentage of the total to be routed to an alternate bank account.

 

What holidays am I off?

In the United States, TransPerfect observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Day.

 

What benefits are offered to me?

Temporary full time employees are eligible for benefits at the first of the month following 60 days of employment. It is also contingent on continuous employment, as soon as you are offboarded from the project and therefore your temporary employment is completed the benefits will also be terminated.

If you are re-onboarded on a different matter benefits can be reinstated as long as the duration between assignments is less than 90 days.
